1. Who is responsible for processing your data?

We process your personal data as data controllers. This means that we are responsible for how to use and protect your data. 2. What do we use your data for?

We will use the personal data you provide through the application (email address and password to enable login provided through this application) to grant you access to the application and make its use possible. This application offers a series of functionalities related to the possibility of chatting and sharing multimedia content with other users of the application, whether they are employees, suppliers, or collaborators of the Inditex Group.

3. Why do we use them?

We process your data because we have an interest in facilitating and streamlining communication between different teams, making this application available as a direct communication channel between users.

4. How long will we keep your data?

We will process your data for as long as necessary to access the application and as long as it is used. Regardless of whether we process your data for the strictly necessary time to fulfill the aforementioned purpose, we will keep them properly stored and protected for the time during which responsibilities may arise from the processing, in compliance with the regulations in force at any time. Once the possible actions in each case have expired, we will proceed to delete the personal data.

5. Who do we share your data with?

We will share your data with service providers who help us or provide technological support, whether they are Inditex Group companies or external collaborators with whom we have reached an agreement.

6. What are your rights?

You have the right to access, rectify, or delete your personal data. In some cases, you also have other rights, for example, to object to our use of your data, to limit it, or to port it.
