Message

The solidity of the growth figures gleaned from our financial statements for 2024 allow us to continue to look to the future with optimism. We have demonstrated once again that the talent and hard work of our team, our ability to innovate and the ambition with which we approach any new project are key to remaining on the trajectory of growth and profitability that sets Inditex apart.

We remained steadfast in focusing all of our intention on people. First and foremost, our customers, putting our ample creativity to work for them, around our collections but also around their experience in our stores, whether in person or online, offering them cutting-edge technology.

Naturally, we continued to go out of our way to provide our employees with a stimulating work environment in which career development is driven by the company's trust in their abilities and commitment. We are proud of our people and their achievements and that translates into a strong sense of belonging and shared pride in making a difference in this venture.

In parallel, we worked hard to consider all of the people who collaborate with us along our supply chain. We work actively to instil our ambition to constantly do better in their places of work, putting workers at the centre.

We never forget, not even for a minute, that our creative, manufacturing and retailing activities are carried out in communities on which we want to have a positive social and environmental impact. We feel responsible and we act accordingly.

We are working alongside the industry to make our business more sustainable and in 2024 we made some very important progress, which we talk about in this report. We are also looking out for the most vulnerable, once again increasing our contribution through our community investment programmes in 2024.

Far from being satisfied with our achievements, we remain convinced that we can continue to innovate and improve the quality of our work. We are confident that this effort will translate into new accomplishments and the conquest of new challenges, while staying true to our desire to consistently bring excitement, creativity and a dash of the magic that makes Inditex a very unique project.
